TAS195罗茨鼓风机、TAS200罗茨鼓风机是从国外引进技术生产的一种双级高压罗茨风机，通常采用联轴器或者三角皮带进行连接与传动，双级鼓风机中，为了将第二级的进气温度控制在一定限度，需要在两级中间设置冷却器；双级湿式真空泵中，冷却水由第一级的进气口注入机壳，随气流一道从第二级的排气口排出。
