Variable speed regulation method, i.e., the method of regulating the flow rate of the blower by changing its rotational speed, there are several ways such as AC regulation and hydraulic coupling speed regulation.
- Fluid coupling speed regulation. Fluid coupling is a device that relies on a liquid medium to transmit power. The coupling is mainly composed of several parts such as pump wheel, turbine and rotating shell which contains the turbine. Pump wheel and turbine symmetrical arrangement, the former with the motor shaft connection, the latter with the blower active shaft connection. When the motor drives the pump wheel to rotate, the working liquid (such as mechanical oil) in the pump wheel blades under the action of the inner blades to the outer edge of the flow, the formation of high-speed high-pressure liquid flow, the impact of the turbine blades and drive the blower and the pump wheel in the same direction of rotation, liquid flow in the turbine blades and drive the blower and the pump wheel in the same direction of rotation, liquid flow in the turbine from the outer edge of the inward flow, decelerating decompression, and then flow back to the inlet of the pump wheel.

Use of Slip Differential Motors. The slip motor consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor, an electromagnetic differential clutch and a speed measuring generator. By changing the output current of the controller, the motor can be infinitely speed-regulated over a wide range.
Frequency conversion speed regulation. An ordinary asynchronous motor is driven by an inverter power supply, and by changing the output current of the controller, the motor can be made to realize stepless speed regulation in a wide range.
Frequency conversion speed regulation. By an inverter power supply drive ordinary asynchronous motor, speed regulation is realized by changing the frequency. Its speed control performance is good, high efficiency, and for speed transformation is convenient, but the price is high.
Series speed regulation. This is a speed regulation method in which additional potential is strung in the rotor circuit of the wound asynchronous motor. Since the rotor rotational power is rectified and inverted to return to the grid, the efficiency is high. However, the power factor of this speed control device is low, and there is harmonic pollution to the grid.
Variable pole speed control. The system has a level of speed control, generally only 2~3 kinds of speed change. This method is reliable and cheap.
