When filtration treatment is performed on raw water, the resistance of the filter layer gradually increases as the filter continues to retain suspended matter. In order to ensure a normal filtration rate, the water level in the filter tank is discharged to the upper edge of the filter layer, and then a blower is utilized to provide compressed air so that the water passes through the filter layer from the bottom up, rinsing it in the direction.

• garbage collection

As a collection method for domestic garbage in high-rise buildings, garbage is put into the conveying pipeline from the chute opening on each floor, and the suction force generated by the vacuum pump is utilized to bring the garbage along the pipeline to the separator. After separation by the separator, the air is discharged by the vacuum pump and the garbage is transported by automobile to the incinerator for disposal.

• Plating solution agitation

Profit blower provides compressed air to stir the plating solution, which can obtain high current density, make the solution temperature uniform everywhere, make the solution around the workpiece constantly renewed, realize the rapid ion transfer and uniform deposition of non-metallic particles, and flush the spoils and grease away from the workpiece, so as to improve the plating quality.

• Pulp Dewatering

The rotating hub is equipped with a screen on the surface and a number of radially arranged cavities inside. During operation, the screen surface adheres to the pulp, and the cavities are connected to the vacuum pump pumping zone and the blower pressure zone through the distribution valve. When passing through the pumping area, the waste liquid is separated from the pulp; after turning to the pressure area, the pulp layer is loosened outward and finally scraped down by the scraper.
