1, knocking method. Roots fan bearing disassembly hammering method is one of the simplest and most common bearing disassembly method. When dismantling bearings by the hammering method, the hammering force should not be applied to the rolling body and cage of the bearing, and generally should be applied to the inner ring of the bearing, this dismantling method is simple and easy to carry out, but it will damage the parts, and even fail to achieve the purpose of dismantling.
2, pull out method. The use of 2 claws or 3 claws Rama and other tools to dismantle the bearings, the use of pull-out method shaft bearing force is uniform, the size and direction of the dismantling force is easy to control, applicable to bearings and shafts with a larger amount of interference. This method is less likely to damage the parts.
3. Push-press method. The advantage of using the press to push out the bearing is reliable, small damage to the machine and bearing. When dismantling the press should be kept in the center of the shaft, the pad against the inner ring of the bearing.
4. Hot dismantling method. When dismantling bearings by hot dismantling method, firstly, the puller should be installed on the bearings to be dismantled, and provide a certain amount of pre-tension. With high-temperature oil (100 ℃ or so) repeatedly poured on the bearing, bearing ring thermal expansion to change the fit with the shaft of the interference.
If such as the need to dismantle the bearing less or no large amount of oil, you can use the gun baking method, but pay attention to the bearing heating temperature can not be too high and the flame can not be directed at the shaft, to prevent the shaft from being heated by the changes in the organization and structure of the material.
5, hydraulic method. Suitable for large size and with very tight bearings, the use of hydraulic disassembly should be prefabricated holes in the shaft. Hydraulic dismantling tools are mainly hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pipes, pressure gauges and connectors, and need to be used with the pulling horse. Operation pressure should be slowly increased, after hearing the sound of bearing and shaft separation, the use of tools such as pulling horse disassembly. If the pressure has risen very high in the process of pressurization, but never separated, the pressure should be relieved first, to avoid excessive pressure damage to equipment, personnel injuries and other situations.
