JTS Technical Parameters Selection

The technical specifications of the low-noise JTS series three-lobe Roots blowers comply with international standards while also being broadly applicable within the domestic market. Emphasis is placed on economic and feasibility analyses to ensure a rational classification of models, enabling a minimum number of models to meet the widest range of operational requirements. The principles for selecting technical specifications are clearly defined:

(1) This series features a modular design and is intended for conveying clean air and other gases at ambient temperature and pressure; with minor modifications, it can also be adapted to convey special gases.
(2) The inlet volumetric flow rate is 1.23–57.6 m³/min. The maximum pressure is 58.8 kPa, and the performance of the products should overlap within a single pressure range.
(3) When designing a pair of impellers with a fixed center-to-center distance, the flow rate coverage for each center-to-center distance can be achieved by adjusting the impeller length L.
