Solution: Reduce the oil level or hold the oil hostage; remove the blockage; reduce the differential pressure through the Roots blower; repair the gap; open vents to reduce the room temperature; increase the speed to prevent the belt from slipping.

Its cause: clogging of the inlet filter of the Roots Blower;.
Solutions: Remove dust and blockages from the filter; tighten the belt and increase the number of roots; adjust the inlet pressure to the specified value; check and repair the pipeline.

Its causes: the oil tank level of the Roots blower is too high, leaking from its oil discharge port; its seal is damaged, resulting in oil leakage from the end of the shaft; the pressure is higher than the specified value.
Solution: Lower the oil level; replace the seal; unclog its vents.
