I. Mechanical seal removal steps are:
(1) Before dismantling, the mechanical seal should be subjected to a pressure test (test pressure of 1kg) to confirm whether it is leaking or not, record the leakage data, and confirm the number of replacements;
(2) Remove the special bracket for the mechanical seal from the frame and install it on the mechanical seal;
(3) Remove set screws;
(4) Eject the mechanical seal evenly and mark the installation position.
Second, the mechanical seal installation steps are:
(1) Confirm the rotor-Di-chip formation status;
(2) Clean the surface of the mechanical seal, replace the seal, and apply thin oil to the auxiliary seal;
(3) Use a marker to guide the location of the keyway on the journal;
(4) The special bracket for the Roots blower is mounted on the mechanical seal without screws on the dynamic seal;
(5) Rotate the dynamic seal so that the keyway on the dynamic seal corresponds to the position of the keyway on the journal;
(6) Install guide bolts (special bolts) diagonally to the Roots blower;
(7) Nuts are brought in evenly;
(8) Enter the connection key;
(9) Install mechanical seal set screws with medium strength anaerobic adhesive;
(10) Remove the special bracket.
