II Normal blower operation with load
(1) Adjust gradually and slowly as required to bring the load up to the rated load. It is not allowed to adjust to the rated load at one time.
(2) The so-called rated load refers to the static pressure difference between the intake and exhaust ports as indicated on the nameplate. If the pressure at the exhaust port is normal, attention must be paid to the pressure change at the intake port to avoid overloading.
3) Due to the characteristics of the Roots blower, it is not permitted to return the gas from the exhaust port directly into the air inlet of the blower for a long period of time, otherwise the safety of the machine will be affected.
(4) fan normal work, it is strictly prohibited to completely close the air inlet and outlet hear valve, also not allowed to overload operation.
(5) blower rated operating conditions, the surface temperature of the rolling bearings generally does not exceed 85 ℃, the oil temperature of the lubricating oil in the oil tank does not generally exceed 65 ℃, near the bearing parts of the radial vibration does not exceed 0.08mm.
6) Always pay attention to the splash condition of the lubricant and the position of the oil level.
