Details of Roots Blower Startup and Shutdown to Know
Roots BlowerWhat are the details in the startup and shutdown process that you need to pay attention to? I will take you to understand in detail.
Before starting the Roots blower, check the installation quality of each fastener and locating pin; check the installation quality of the inlet and exhaust pipes and valves; check the assembly clearance of the blower for compliance; check that all parts around the base of the assembly are sturdy and that the ground bolts are tight. Before driving, the fan should be lubricated with lubricating oil at the center of the 3mm / 2mm oil markers of the main and auxiliary tanks. The lubricating oil used in summer is 68 # mechanical oil, and 100 # mechanical oil in winter, the lubricating oil is replaced every three months. The upper and lower oil plugs of the main and auxiliary oil tanks should be tightened due to the pressure of the main and auxiliary oil tanks, otherwise oil leakage will occur.
Water is supplied to the cooling unit at a temperature of no more than 25°C and a volume of 10L / min. Open the inlet and exhaust valves of the blower and turn the rotor on the rotor. Note whether there is any abnormal noise from all parts. Check the motor steering, it conforms to the direction indicated by the steering sign. Otherwise, the fan will not exhaust properly and the blades may collide. When water is aerated, water will flow into the fan in the opposite direction. When pneumatically conveyed, objects will be sucked into the fan accidentally. After checking the environment of the blower and ensuring that the instrument is in good condition, open the exhaust and outlet valves of the fan to turn on the fan. After the fan operates normally, the exhaust valve slowly closes. At this point, the fan pressure gauge rises to 0.04-0.05Mpa. When you want to stop aeration, first slowly open the vent valve, close the outlet valve, and then turn off the power. The Roots blower is thus switched off.
