1.在罗茨风机运转前检查配管联结部位是否坚固完好。
2. Make sure the valves are all open before the Roots blower runs to prevent the pressure from rising too high momentarily.
3. Confirm the wiring condition and power supply voltage before running the fan.
4. Turn the pulley of the fan by hand before the fan runs to make sure there is no debris inside. If debris is dropped in, the rotation is not flexible and abnormal sound is produced. At this point, the piping must be disassembled, inspected and cleaned.
5. Confirm the direction of rotation by pointing operation, and the direction of the arrow on the belt cover shall prevail.
6. After the fan has been shut down for one hour, remove the horizontal oil plug under the gear cover and check whether the oil level is close to the lower edge of the oil plug threads. When the oil quantity is too much, there will be oil leakage and rising oil temperature. If the oil quantity is too small, it will produce dry friction of gears, fan heating, noise and other phenomena. Change the oil every three months, if the oil is dirty, it should be changed in advance.
7. The bearing grease should be added once in 150 hours of operation (less than 150 hours in three months must also be pumped in with a grease gun), and the grease must be guaranteed to be added when refilling. After adding grease, run the machine for 15 minutes and make sure that the excess grease flows out from the grease drain slot of the fan end cover. Wipe off the excess grease after stopping the machine.
8. Confirm that the exhaust pressure and motor current values during operation are below the values specified on the nameplate.
9. When the airflow is too much, set the airflow adjustment line or adjust it by reducing the speed. Do not use the exhaust side valve to adjust the air volume, because the pressure will rise if the exhaust side valve is closed, and the equipment may be damaged.
10. The tightness of the belt must be appropriate, if the belt is too tight, it will make the belt heat and damage, the belt is too loose will also make the belt slip and premature damage.
11. Pressure gauge switches should be closed except to check pressure.
