It realizes the recycling of water resources in the printing and dyeing industry and promotes the sustainable development of the printing and dyeing industry. Therefore, it is necessary to study the reuse technology of reverse osmosis membrane for printing and dyeing wastewater.
Reverse osmosis (RO) membranes are membranes that selectively separate feed solutions primarily on the basis of pressure differentials.RO membranes are composed of nano-scale separating materials. RO membranes cut off all ions. After treatment by RO membrane, ions and most organic matter cannot pass through the membrane to form a concentrate, and water molecules that pass through the membrane can be converted into dialysate for recycling.
Because of the high water quality requirements of printing and dyeing wastewater, it is necessary to use reverse osmosis membrane to treat and reuse printing and dyeing wastewater. A textile company in Guangzhou adopts reverse osmosis membrane technology to treat and reuse printing and dyeing wastewater. The main treatment program is as follows: first, the printing and dyeing wastewater to meet the standards, part of the printing and dyeing wastewater to meet the standards of reverse osmosis membrane treatment to ensure that the printing and dyeing wastewater to meet the standard requirements; advanced printing and dyeing process.
In order to make the reverse osmosis membrane technology treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater and reuse more obvious, the authors carried out an experimental analysis of the membrane wastewater of this textile company. The effect of printing and dyeing of reclaimed water was obtained.
Reverse osmosis membrane can separate, concentrate and recycle the pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater, and realize the treatment and reuse of wastewater. Through the study of reverse osmosis membrane treatment and reuse technology for printing and dyeing wastewater, printing and dyeing enterprises need to recognize the practicality of reverse osmosis membrane treatment and reuse technology and promote its popularization and application. In actual production, printing and dyeing enterprises can mix recycled water with production water in a certain proportion to reduce the enterprise's water consumption. Save costs, save water resources and reduce wastewater discharge. The research in this paper still has shortcomings and is for reference only.
In the current printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology, reverse osmosis membrane technology is the most widely used technology. The printing and dyeing wastewater treated by this process can be recycled. On this basis, the reverse osmosis membrane treatment and reuse technology of printing and dyeing wastewater is analyzed and discussed, and the application process of the technology is analyzed in detail from the technical principle. Finally, the application effect of the technology was tested in terms of dyeing effect, bleaching effect and post-treatment soaping effect. The results show that the quality of reclaimed water meets the standard requirements of water for dyeing and printing production, and is generally better than workshop water.
